MALIBU— Last August Bastide alum Paul Shoemaker opened a restaurant called Savory, his first solo venture, within Point Dume Village. Feast reports that Shoemaker has several more tricks still up his sleeve. He plans to launch both a coffee shop and bakery within Point Dume Village, in addition to a pizza and beer spot in Venice on Rose. Meanwhile, Savory opens for lunch May 8. [The Feast]
