The Best Burger in LA Reader Poll: Fast Food-Style

One of the most important parts of Burger Week is determining once and for all, through a highly imperfect bracketing and voting system, which burger is the best burger in all of Los Angeles. We've chosen 16 burger contenders in four categories from a list of Eater Burger Committee faves and reader submissions (NB: massive shilly write-in campaigns did not guarantee inclusion in the bracket). The four categories are pub style burgers, fast food style burgers, upscale burgers, and wild card burgers.

The upscale burger poll from yesterday will be live for a couple more hours, at the moment it's between Umami and Father's Office. But let's shift gears and focus on today's round, LA's top fast food-style burgers, a creation modeled after a typical fast food burger but with higher quality ingredients and, generally, more sophisticated technique. Think thoughtfully-sourced produce and meat, coming from a small localized chain or a single standing unit.
