We've just received confirmation from a creative over at the under construction Hotel Bel Air that, as surmised, once the venue reopens this fall, Wolfgang Puck and his restaurant group, the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group (WPFDG), will oversee all of the property’s food and beverage operations. The hotel's restaurant has been named Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel Air and the culinary concept focuses on modern California cuisine with European and Mediterranean influences.
In other news, Hotel Bel Air room rates will start at $565 with the addition of a $100 dining credit until Dec 29.
