NRN reports that Vic Branstetter, a co-founder of Houston's, has launched his own hospitality firm, The Branstetter Group, and plans to bring two new dining concepts to Los Angeles. First up is an Atlanta-based South Africa restaurant called 10 Degrees South, the idea is to open a second location here then expand elsewhere around the country. "[T]he menu reflects a fusion of cuisines including Portuguese, French, Dutch, German and Malaysian flavors," and an average check runs around $40 to $45. Meanwhile, the second concept is a space we've already been tracking, that under construction beer-centric locale, Bru Haus in West LA. Check out the interior up above, think sausages and exotic beers (ahem Wurstkuche), slated to open at the end of this month.
