Chef Michael Fiorelli Launches Hot Dog Pushcart

Busy, busy, busy is chef de cuisine Michael Fiorelli of mar'sel at the Terranea Resort in Palos Verdes. In addition to running the property's fine dining farm-to-table kitchen, the chef intends to launch a hot dog pushcart near West Hollywood/Hollywood, perhaps parked on Wilshire during the day and stationed somewhere in Hollywood at night. Fiorelli describes the offerings as "a few creative dogs with homemade toppings." Name still tbd. [EaterWire]
