Papaya King Posts Signage, Eatery Braces For Launch

FYI, signage for Papaya Dog JUST went up in Hollywood. Based on the Papaya Dog Truck, which launched at the end of April, there were still 26 days until the actual eatery itself opened doors. If those calculations were accurate, that means that the hot dog stop should have opened today, that didn't happen, so it seems as though sometime next week is the big day. Stay tuned.
