BEVERLY HILLS— Brian Redzikowski, longtime (over two years) chef at Bond St, then executive chef of The Thompson Hotel, has departed the venue as of Saturday. He explains that the hotel has "been in transition for quite some time" and it was finally time for him to push forward. As for a landing, Redzikowski is considering San Diego or Colorado.
