On May 31 Alex Reznik, Top Chef alum and executive chef over at La Seine, invites Mo Chica's Ricardo Zarate (remember, he also won Food & Wine “Best New Chef 2011” award, fyi) over to prepare a one night omakase dinner at La Seine's sushi bar. Dinner costs $120 a head which is significantly more pricey than dinners Zarate has prepared in the past. Will there be edible gold leaf? Probably not. [EaterWire]
