Picca's Menu, Caffe Primo Opening Downtown, More!

BEVERLY HILLS— On the heels of Sotto's opening in the former Test Kitchen home, now comes the launch of chef Ricardo Zarate's Peruvian concept, Picca, located just above. DOWNTOWN— Holy cats, it took, like, two and a half years for Caffe Primo to finally grace downtown with its presence. In fact, the eatery is still not open, but Brigham Yen says that it should actually launch tomorrow. [Brigham Yen]

SILVER LAKE— The Eastsider reports that little Cafe Stella plans to expand itself into Driftwood to double its seating capacity. [The Eastsider via GS]
