So far Sal Marino of Il Grano has signed on to participate June 11, with Ben Bailly of Fraiche cooking on June 25. Michael McCarty of Michael's and Alain Giraud of the forthcoming Maison Giraud may partake this fall. Classes cost $250 a head. [DD]
