The Cairo Cowboy Mediterranean Grill Takes Over Bondi, Vodvil's Menu, Blowout Sale at Cube

VENICE— The shuttered Bondi BBQ has a new tenant moving in: The Cairo Cowboy Mediterranean Grill. Yo! Venice! says this is the first restaurant from the owners of the Kabob N’ Roll truck and they plan to serve "authentic Mediterranean and Backyard BBQ.” [Yo! Venice!]

MId-CITY— A few more details on the Jamie Lauren plus Vodvil collaboration. Eater caught up with the chef today who described Vodvil's interior as retro 70s style, and she also listed a few of her dishes as follows: Pickled deviled eggs, pigs in a blanket, jar of pickles, kettle corn, pot pies, salads (can be ordered for one or family-style), and some type of riff on shake 'n bake.
