LOS FELIZ— The Chicks with Knives are back with a new supper club dinner series. On Sunday, June 26 they will pop-up in an (as yet) undisclosed location in Los Feliz for a 2 1/2 hour experience that includes entertainment and dining. They will be serving a main course of lamb in their usual SOLE food style (sustainable, organic, local & ethical) and probably pick (or pickle) the rest of their ingredients nearby just before the meal. SANTA MONICA— Learn About Wine brings Orange County to Santa Monica on June 23. The Stars of California event benefits The OCeanfront and the Make a Wish Foundation. At the Broad Stage, over two dozen wineries and a dozen oceanfront resorts (including the Montage Laguna Beach and the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel) will lend their wines and chefs for a tasting of classic California fare.
