Looks like the deal is done. After over half a century in Hollywood, Molly's Charbroiled flips its final burgers on June 30, at which point, according to an employee, the stand will shutter indefinitely. Owner Kwok Yi wasn't around for comment, but last September Curbed reported that Yi was in negotiations to potentially received $1.1 million to close/relocate Molly's and allow for a new office tower to take the grounds. Update: Yi did settle for $1.1 million and Molly's was only recently given notice to vacate. On June 30 Molly's will offer a $3 special combo deal of a burger, fries, and a drink. All proceeds benefit a Hollywood homeless charity.
