Morrison Room To Remain Private Event Space, Additional Changes at the Roosevelt, More!

New, 1 comment

WEHO— Weird slash annoying. That new lounge above Duke's on Sunset aptly named Morrison Room (because it took over an apartment once owned by Jim Morrison, so they say) won't open to the public. Rather, it will serve as a private events space (The Supper Club is hosting an event there June 8), available starting the end of next week. [EaterWire]

HOLLYWOOD— With all the recent changes and additions at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel it's A) about time and B) not a surprise to hear that both Teddy's and Library Bar are up next for a facelift. [EaterWire]

BEVERLY HILLS— When Eater inquired about construction at Mr. Kicco’s Coffe on Wilshire a few months back, management claimed the space was just being renovated. Not so much. A salad and sandwich spot called Urban Fresh will open in about a month. [Toddrickallen]
