Joie De Vivre Acquires Custom Hotel, New Eatery Coming

Joie De Vivre, the California-centric boutique hotel operator with properties from Orange County to Sonoma, has signed on to take over Custom Hotel, the edifice located off Lincoln near LAX. Chef Katsuo Nagasawa aka Chef Naga (Cafe del Rey) will head up the hotel's new Pacific Rim eatery, Deck 33, opening in July. Custom Hotel as a whole reopens in August. [EaterWire]
