WEST LA— Jeff Weinstein, creator of The Counter, is expanding past burgers to open a new restaurant and bar on Pico. Not a whole ton of info yet, but the eatery is slated to debut late summer to early fall and serve American fare. NO burgers. [EaterWire]

MID-CITY— On Friday Urban Daddy took a looksee inside La Cienega's new St. Tropez-inspired haunt, Rosé. Since then, the restaurant's opening has been pushed from tomorrow to Friday. [UD, EaterWire]

WEHO— Mixologist Kiowa Bryan (Lexington Social House) brings word that she is collaborating with Kevin Tidwell (Little Dom's) and Dave Kupchinsky (The Tar Pit) on Farmer's Market Sundays at Eveleigh. Bryan, who is no longer at Lexington Social House and can be found full time behind Eveleigh's bar, says, "we will be using fresh ingredients from the Hollywood Farmers Market and creating a different menu every Sunday."
