Ivan Kane shuttered his burlesque dance parlor Forty Deuce about three years ago (Pour Vous is slated to open in its place this August, FYI), and from there Kane went on to launch Cafe Wa s, a quirky bistro located in a nook off Vine Street. Top Chef contestant Alex Reznik helmed the kitchen for a period of time, but cut ties last September to cook at La Seine. A few weeks ago came word that Cafe Wa s was on the market, now this LoopNet record that lists the restaurant for $225,000. Oh, and apparently the price was just reduced. One lucky buyer could score a full 47 liquor license and about 3,350 square feet of play room, aka "Beautifully-Remodeled Space with High-End Build-Outs." [EaterWire]
