As of late, a slew of mobile vendors have gone from truck to turf, opening brick and mortar restaurants based off the success of their mobile self. Komodo, Flying Pig Cafe, and Coolhaus top the list, but now the Lake Street Creamery truck adds to the queue. Per the roving ice cream parlour's Twitter feed: "A taste of what's to come for LSC's new storefront. You know what this means!" Cut to, the above pictured retro milkshake blender. A few Facebook posts add that the cafe will be located "on Riverside Dr in Burbank (next door to the awesome Riverside Cafe) near the Equestrian Center...The shop will have many other specials things - lattes, espresso, wifi, treats..."
