Chef Shunji Nakao has officially split with his business partner and restaurant owner Cecil Hsu. As of Tuesday, Shunji's sign was covered by a banner renaming the restaurant "7015 Sushi & Sake Bar." Neither Nakao nor Husu could be reached for comment about the split, but a tipster suggests that Nakao's temperament and demands may have been too much for the small sushi restaurant. 7015 is likely to continue operating under the guidance of Nakao's former sushi sous chefs.
