From the outside it doesn't quite look like construction has commenced at the former Boudoir, which is supposed to blossom into Bagatelle LA. But, fear not, that party is coming. Word just in that the French restaurant and rowdy bottle service brunchery is now looking at a fall debut. In other news, Bagatelle corporate chef Romuald Jung is cooking at Angenelo magazine's Live & Dine LA event on Sunday at the Fairmont Miramar in Santa Monica.
