Over the weekend two men were shot outside Vault XXI, that nearly year old restaurant/lounge which debuted last September in the Little Tokyo Galleria. According to KTLA: "A man -- wearing a ski mask -- opened fire into a crowd of people just after 1:30 a.m. in front of Vault XXI Boutique Lounge," the men were "smoking in an outdoor courtyard when the shooting occurred." One victim has since died and the other remains in stable condition. As for the gunman, he fled the scene on foot and remains at large. [KTLA]
