Lobster ME Opening in Vegas, Then Los Angeles

Lobster ME (ME as in the postal abbreviation for the state of Maine) is set to debut within the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas mid-August. The fast-casual concept by LEV Restaurant Group (I Love Burgers – Shops at The Palazzo) will feature all things lobster - think lobster shooters, lobster grilled cheese, “the world’s greatest lobster roll,” and some pricey lobster ice cream shipped straight from Maine, costing about $8.50 a scoop or $80 per gallon.
