AROUND TOWN—Del Taco has launched a new logo and is testing a more modern prototype (pictured above). LA, Irvine, and McKinney, Texas serves as the first markets to test the concept, which includes (for many locations) a serf-serve salsa bar. [EaterWire]

CYBERSPACE—This week Dean & Deluca launched a new wine website dedicated to the state of California. Your California Wine Source serves as, not only a place to purchase Cali wine, but also learn about vino from the region.
