Just a Fraiche update. After Ben Bailly decamped from the Culver City eatery, Junior Perez, who was on original co-owner Jason Travi's opening team, took on the executive chef role. Perez has revived some dishes from that early menu like the branzino en papillote. Meanwhile, Santa Monica has a new chef as well, Mazen Mustafa, who in the past worked at NYC's Corton under Paul Liebrandt. Mustafa plans to slowly change the menu. [EaterWire]
