Yup, Fat Fish is done. But does West Hollywood need another Mexican restaurant? Mexico Restaurante Y Barra couldn't survive, though Pinches Tacos does well on Sunset. There's also Cabo Cantina, Rosa Mexicano just opened, and Harry Morton is still planning to debut Pink Taco in the shuttered Miyagi's space this November. Yikes. Which brings us to Tortilla Republic, the next incarnation moving next door to Sur. Operating partners include Morten Kaag of Taste on Melrose, Mina Azami, and John Milton Palm Halter.
