Plato Azul Will Open With Santa Monica's New Shore Hotel

The Shore Hotel (rendering) is a new eco-chic boutique property moving into a relatively large U-shaped space on Ocean between Broadway and Colorado. Of course along with the hotel comes at least one dining destination which, according to this LoopNet listing, will service the property. In this case it's an eatery called Plato Azul to be opened by BP Taco LLC. The hotel was expected to debut this summer, though per the above photo, construction is certainly not nearly complete.
