LA Chefs Remember Their Start

Over a dozen top chefs from Los Angeles and the Central Coast gathered for the benefit event where Food GPS asked each chef “What was your very first night like working in a restaurant?” We particularly enjoyed this excerpt from David LeFevre, "It was intimidating.
