Sadaf Officially Open in Encino, Changes at Mastro's, MORE!

ENCINO— There's a relatively new Persian restaurant called Sadaf on Ventura. It's actaully the sister spot to Darya (owned by the same family) and offers "modern Persian" cuisine. After a few soft open months, the restaurant is finally ready for its official debut. Here's the menu. [EaterWire]
