With Bimi Confirmed Shuttered, Seed Bistro Moves In

Well, that settles that. As previously mentioned, Venice's Seed cafe is in expansion mode. Chef/owner Eric Lechasseur expects to open Seed Bistro in West Los Angeles by month's end. The cafe will offer a finer take on Seed's vegan and macrobiotic fare.

Lechasseur will give the space a refresh, molding the sushi spot into a cool green dining area with space for 40 to 50 guests. For customers who sit at the bar, Lechasseur will offer a vegan chef's tasting menu. Seed Bistro will also serve a light lunch menu similar to Seed's current offerings. [EaterWire]
