Jonathan Stark wants to buy you and maybe a friend a free cup of Starbucks coffee. Stark, a mobile app consultant based in Rhode Island, has offered up the barcode to his Starbucks card for anyone and everyone to snag a cup of joe, on him. Those feeling generous can add money to the card for a dose of good karma, too. The social experiment, Jonathan's Card, commenced in Mid-July and as of yesterday $3,651 had been spent. There's also this Twitter feed which track the card's balance. Whoever said nothing in life is free? [CNN]
