Over the weekend Darin Dines hit up downtown's Baja Night and spotted a new mobile vendor makings its debut, The Churro Borough of Los Angeles. This street cart serves up ice cream/churro desserts, imagine a scoop of vanilla custard, spicy hot chocolate, or Spanish latte ice cream sandwiched between two churro cookies, or churro curds filled with the aforementioned flavors. Check out The Churro Borough of Los Angeles on Facebook and Twitter for future pop-ups. [Darin Dines]
