Sadaf Salout recently debuted her namesake Persian restaurant, Sadaf, on Ventura in Encino, and already she's planning her next move. Salout says that next she would like to open a smaller fast casual version of Sadaf in either Downtown or Culver City, she just needs to find the right location. [EaterWire]
