It seems that Bradley Ogden’s Las Vegas days are numbered. Rumor has it that the Caesars Palace staple will shutter after the first of the year to make way for a gastropub by Gordon Ramsey. Apparently, Rowen Seibel (Serendipity Restaurants) is the man responsible for brokering the deal for this and two other Vegas concepts for Ramsay (a steakhouse at the Paris Hotel and another TBD project that will also be attached to a Harrah’s property). What’s more, we hear that Seibel is considering taking Serendipity on a major international expansion; so perhaps Angelenos will not have to venture quite so far for a $1000 sundae or frozen hot chocolate fix. On another note, sources have indicated that Guy Savoy may also be on the chopping block. Savoy's son and gregarious maitre de, Frank, has in fact already transitioned into a new role as Director of Food and Beverage for Caesars.
