The Gastrobus Is Going Brick and Mortar with Gastronomico

One more mobile operator who joins the rank of Komodo, Flying Pig, Coolhaus... The Gastrobus, that two year old roving bistro, is switching out wheels for concrete with its own restaurant in the former Sis Mediterranean Food space on Hillhurst. According to this temporary website, Gastronomico is slated to make its debut this fall, potentially by the end of September if all goes to plan.
