Mark and Johnny Houston, responsible for such venues as La Descarga, Harvard & Stone, the still under construction Pour Vous (supposedly opening now in two months), are kicking their business up a few notches. Update: Mark Houston writes in to say that he and his brother are in the process of opening Pour Vous in a few months, and as for the Hotel, a deal has not been finalized. If and when a deal is finalized they will merely consult on a cocktail menu or program.
