Let the sausage fest begin. The first five star Yelp post is up, and tonight at 6PM in the former Air Conditioned home owners Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson launch the follow up effort to their 2008 ever-popular downtown exotic sausage and craft beer abode, Wurstkuche. Running through Sunday, the restaurant/bar will serve "dinner" from 5PM to midnight, and this coming Monday lunch service goes into effect, commencing at 11AM.

This past weekend, on Friday and Saturday night, friends and family were invited in for a pre-taste and soft run. Wurstkuche Venice has quite the similar industrial aesthetic as the Downtown location, those long communal tables make a comeback, there's also raw cement floors and exposed brick. This right here is the menu for both locations, but the real question looms... where to park?
