Komida, the brick and mortar version of chef Brock Kleweno's Yamashiro taco stand, starts serving on October 6. Remember, this is a pop-up concept that will manifest itself inside H Wood in Hollywood, for the month of October hours of operation run Thursdays 5-9PM and Saturdays 10AM-2PM. In November hours will increase. Confirmed tacos to be served include: Hoisin Duck Confit; and Sake Black Cod; Soy & Red Wine Braised Short Rib; Chicken ‘Satay.’ [EaterWire]
