Bagatelle LA is slowly becoming a reality. Bagatelle America (The One Group + Brand Essence) has hired a chef to man Bagatelle's LA kitchen (in the former Boudoir space in La Cienega), and that individual is Scott Quinn, previously a sous chef at Bouchon in Vegas. According to Haute Living, Quinn is still finishing up the menu, "but there will definitely be local influences. Some Bagatelle classics on the menu are the Gnocchi a la Parisienne, Poulet Fermier Entier Rôti et Truffé and the Tartare de Thon." [EaterWire, HL]
