Last night inside Saam at the SLS, Sam Nazarian held a small private party to celebrate Jose Andres' (The Bazaar) recent James Beard Outstanding Chef win, and also to announce that Andres has accepted the title as "Culinary Director" for all SLS Hotels. Nazarian also revealed that The Bazaar, Katsuya by Starck, and Hyde Beach will open inside the SLS Miami in March 2012. [EaterWire]
