Back in April, the National Enquirer relayed a rumor that butter queen Paula Deen had been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and was keeping it under wraps. Well, now the Daily Mail reports that Deen is about to confirm the rumors. Sources tell the website that Deen "has worked out a multimillion-dollar deal to be the spokeswoman for a pharmaceutical company and endorse the drug she is taking." [Daily Mail via -EN-]
