For anyone that missed the debut of Red Hill on January 5, up above a look inside. Jason Michaud of Local and the shuttered Chimu (which Michaud replaced with a quick-serve version of Local) brings the denizens of Echo Park a new farm-to-table getup offering high quality plates at low prices, unfortunately a menu isn't available at this time since dishes are still influx. But, right off the bat Yelpers are more than satisfied with Brussels sprout, potato and bacon croquettes; as well as pulled pork ragu pappardelle. The space is easy and comfortable enough with a smattering of two and four-tops, plus a handful of seats in front of the open kitchen. Wine come by glass or bottle, and 10 craft beers will soon be on tap. Hours of operation run Sun to Thu 6PM to 10PM, Fri and Sat 6PM to 11PM. Breakfast and lunch to come.
