There are two sides to every story and legal council for Young Lee, the Pinkberry co-founder who, earlier this week, was charged with assault of a homeless man, claims that Lee felt "at risk" and "threatened" by the transient victim. Apparently, Lee was also angered by a "sexually explicit" tattoo he spotted on the homeless man's body which caused him to get out of his car and attack.
Lee's lawyer Philip Kent Cohen says, "As the evidence comes out, the reality will be much different than has been presented."
