Despite its name, Spumoni on Montana just south of Lincoln aims to serve more than just gelato. An offshoot of the adjacent Spumoni Italian Restaurant, Spumoni creamery will function as a small casual cafe offering an Italiafornian menu mixed with breakfast egg preparations, salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, panini, sweet and savory crepes, and coffee drinks. Management plans to open January 30.
