PASADENA— The Royce has two fancypants dinners coming down the pipeline. On February 8 and 9 chef David Féau prepares a six-course black truffle menu priced at $180 per person or $250 with wine pairings. Then on February 28 and 29 Ariane Daguin, aka Ms. Foie Gras, founder of D’Artagnan hosts a five-course exploration of foie gras priced at $95 or $150 with wine pairings. [EaterWire]
