It's the feature documentary directed by Angeleno David Gelb that follows the life of 85-year old Jiro Ono, sushi chef and owner of Sukiyabashi Jiro, a 10-seat sushi bar located in a Tokyo subway station. Jiro is the first sushi chef to ever receive three Michelin stars and he is considered the best sushi chef in the world. BOOM.
