Elevation Burger is the country’s first organic burger chain, and the Virginia-based company is making its way to the West Coast. The first California outpost recently opened in the tony North San Diego suburb of Carlsbad, and management just inked a lease on a Culver City locale (4114 Sepulveda Blvd.) that will debut in October.
