From January 16 to 21 Frysmith ditches fried potato sticks in favor of Soupsmith, a temporary soup shop on wheels. Culling inspiration from the varied cuisines offered through Los Angeles, the truck will serve a myriad of soups from Truffled Chestnut and Wild Mushroom Soup to Shrimp, Andouille & Black-Eyed Pea Stew to Hot & Sour Lamb with Wild Rice Soup.
