IDG Opening Two Restos in Shuttered Hamburger Hamlet: Italian with Gino Angelini & Fine Dining Chinese

Very, very interesting. A release today reveals new details on Innovative Dining Group's (Sushi Roku, Katana, Delphine) plan for the shuttered Hamburger Hamlet space on Sunset in West Hollywood. IDG will open TWO restaurants in the 8,000 square foot space designed by Studio Collective (Public, The Spare Room), the first of which will manifest as a fine dining Italian eatery in collaboration with Gino Angelini of respected Beverly Italian haunt, Angelini Osteria. The resaturant will serve a menu similar to that offered at Angelini.

MEANWHILE, that previously mentioned Chinese fine dining concept is still set to take over the second half of the space. No further information at this time.
