On the heels of last week's LoopNet posting, Elements Kitchen in Pasadena has announced its shutter via Twitter and Facebook:
"Hi fans. It is with much sadness that I announce that Elements Kitchen has officially closed. Thank you all for the wonderful memories and support over these past two years...it's been such a great ride and I'm grateful to all of you! Sincerely, Onil Chibas"The 4,500 square foot renovated space could be yours at a "negotiable" rate inclusive of a 41 beer and wine license, open kitchen, plus bar/lounge.
