It's indeed true. Jet Tila of Wazuzu in Las Vegas and that Breadbar Bistronomics pop-up will take control of the shuttered Angel's cocktail bar on Wilshire next week. Tila plans to upgrade the space and eventually reopen as The Charleston, a new westside gastropub.
